Preproduction Idea Exchange
The first step is to establish exactly what the goals of the web site will be. To that effect you will be asked a series of questions which will address the long and short term goals of the site, establish your aesthetic preferences and provide the information required to create a functional architecture of the site. The information gleaned from these questions ensures that we are both on the same page, that the site will meet your expectations, and leaves the door open for future development. Hobro Solutions may also make recommendations of additional information that would benefit your site.

Blueprint
From this information a document will be created that outlines the goals and requirements of your site. You will receive a diagram describing what the architecture of your site will look like. Specifically, we will outline what information will be on the home page, what links there will be, what they will be called and exactly what information they will link to. The diagram will also include any secondary links that may be required. The location of photographs will also be specified. With the diagram of the architecture we will provide you with a list of the exact text requirements for each page.

Design Layout
Once you have approved this blueprint of your site a layout of the design will be created. It will take into account the required functionality as determined by the architecture and goals and your design preferences. At this point we will need the graphics for your logo and possibly photos as well. You will be shown a draft and asked for input. We will probably go back and forth a couple of times at this point. It is very important that we get the design to reflect exactly what you have in mind.

Construction
Once we have finalized the design we will build the actual web pages. At this point we will need the finalized text and the photos. You will be able to browse, test, and ask for changes on this rough draft. Once you are satisfied with the overall lay-out we will go through the site very carefully to ensure every detail is just right. After you give your final approval we can launch the site.

Time Frame
Building a web site is a very interactive experience and this will be reflected in the amount of time it takes to get it launched. The total amount of time will depend on how quickly we can advance from step to step. If you have a specific launch date in mind, we will be happy to work towards it.
